I'm Nimisha, the physiotherapist behind Good Hands Health. My work spans the full arc of life, from early intervention for children to helping older adults stay steady, independent and confident in their own homes.
My caseload is intentionally mixed: NDIS participants, aged care residents and community members recovering from injury or managing a neurological condition. What ties it together is the same approach wherever I go: listening first, then building a plan around what actually matters to the person in front of me.
I bring physiotherapy into people's homes because care should fit around your life, not the other way around.
